As an IHS or Tribal Health leader, you face a number of challenges resulting from rising costs and disproportionate underfunding – not to mention the impacts of COVID. We recently caught up with Gina Struble, Director of Patient Financial Services at Alaska Native Health Consortium to discuss how her organization is facing the adversity and finding creative ways to address these issues and generate much needed revenue

We understand that Indian Health Services (IHS) and Tribal Health Organizations (THO) are disproportionately underfunded and can greatly benefit from a risk-free solution to bolster long-term cash flow. After watching the webinar, access a free assessment of up to 5,000 encounters to see how much revenue your organization may be missing out on through additional coverage opportunities.

Gina Struble

Director of Patient Financial Services  | Alaskan Native American Health Center

Gina Struble has spent more than two decades in Tribal Health leadership positions, starting as a Patient Accounts Coordinator and growing to lead the Patient Financial Services department of Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC). In her time with ANTHC, she helped spearhead the growth and proliferation of their insurance discovery process, including a first year revenue recovery of over $30 million. That found coverage, she says, has been instrumental in bringing much-needed services to the native population, including specialty care, new facilities and vital patient outreach and services, most notably a new patient housing facility to support the many out-of-town patients.

In this on-demand interview, you’ll hear more about the biggest issue facing tribal health leaders today, as well as:
